About the Role
RoMac Building Supply has an immediate opening for an Outside Window Sales Representative in Leesburg.
Responsibilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills related to the lumber and supply industry
· Previous experience in sales of building materials preferred
· Close business consistently to achieve monthly sales objectives
· Proficiency using a computer
· Problem solving skills; ability to determine solutions for customers
· Work well individually and in a team environment
· Ability to show up regularly and on time
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Ability to pass a drug test
Qualifications
Previous experience in window sales preferred
Strong negotiation skills
Highly motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills related to the market
Problem solving skills; ability to determine solutions for customers
Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Proficiency in using Google Suite applications
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
