About the Role

Coordinates and manages all building permit processes to ensure timely approval and accurate documentation for projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, file, and obtain required project building permits.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for permits and documentation.

  • Manage documents and maintain spreadsheets related to permitting.

Qualifications

  • Florida building permitting experience required.

  • Knowledge of Google Suite.

  • Construction office experience a plus.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
